Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oak Society. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our colognes and perfumes. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals and tags intact.
- We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged products unless defective upon arrival.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened perfumes or colognes
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Oak Society is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
7. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@oaksociety.co.za with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include the following:
- Your full name and contact information
- The item(s) you want to return and the reason
- Order number and proof of purchase
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
